Wronski Associates has been delivering course online for twenty years.  Let us use our expertise along with the platform of your choice (i.e. Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect, GoToMeeting, etc.) to develop your managers and leaders during this time of Covid virus social distancing.   Many will say that online learning cannot measure up to onsite delivery.   We beg to differ.  When delivered correctly online learning is effective, engaging, and efficient.   Let us work with your organization and demonstrate the power of a virtual classroom when developing your leaders.

The Certificate of Personal Leadership Program is a curriculum of 35 leadership training programs that can be packaged into 90-minute virtual webinars. Each session is designed to address a specific set of leadership competencies that enable participants to develop their confidence in leading others. Participants can take the sessions independently and upon completing a specific number receive a program certificate.
