Course Overview

Self-awareness is the cornerstone of leadership. Using Lominger's Leadership Architect, this session guides participants through a self-assessment using the 67 Leadership Competencies developed by Mike Lombardo and Bob Eichinger.

  • Be familiar with Lominger's Architect and Lominger Suite of products.
  • Understand Lominger's 67 Leadership Competencies.
  • Brainstorm ideas on how to better showcase strengths.
  • Appreciate ideas for developing weak competencies.
  • Commit to an action plan to achieve desired results.
  • Understand the importance of modeling new behaviors.
