Course Overview

Eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace by emphasizing awareness of how our behavioral styles are received by the opposite sex.

Objectives/Topics

As a result of taking this course, you will:

• Learn the basic do's and don’t's of sexual harassment.  
• Understand the two basic relational styles which people use in all professional and interpersonal relationships.  
• Learn how relational styles can clash and create an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.  
• Discover how to respect one another's preferred relational style.  
• Explore how to give and receive feedback concerning each other's behavior.  
• Develop healthy coundaries with co-workers and those in position of authority.  
• Experience relationships based on genuineness, team building, trust and mutual respect.
