Course Overview

This course is designed to provide a solid introduction to project management tools and processes. The primary focus is on the basic tools used to initiate and plan a project, monitor and control its execution and ultimately deliver the service or product. Participants in this class should be able to apply these tools and techniques to their projects when they return to their jobs.
