Intended Audience: Those individuals who will be interviewing and recommending candidates for selection.

Course Overview

This course is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to practice and apply BBI (Behavior Based Interviewing) principles and tools. Participants will practice conducting interviews. A team based interviewing methodology can be included if requested.

Objectives

As a result of taking this course, you will learn to:
  • Utilize proven Behavior Based Interviewing (BBI) techniques to interview job candidates.
  • Select and write appropriate BBI questions based on job description, position requirements, required capabilities, and candidate experience.
  • Conduct interactive Behavior Based Interviews.
  • Participate in the team structured interview process (if applicable).
