Announcing our partnership with the Leadership Development Program Summit
We are excited to announce that we have formed a new strategic relationship with WDR Enterprises, organizer of the The Leadership Development Program Summit.

We are excited to announce that we have formed a new strategic relationship with WDR Enterprises, organizer of the The Leadership Development Program Summit.  The Summit occurs annually and allows professionals who support early career talent development programs to gather and share best practices, case studies, challenges and more.  This year’s Summit will be held in New York City on May 11-12.  For more information, please click this link.

In addition to supporting this year’s Summit, we have also sponsored the publication of the results of the LDP Practices Survey.   This survey collected data on the practices of early career development programs from 51 organizations across the United States.  The results are published in a series of reports detailing the collective practices of 101 programs by function (Information Technology, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and more).  Using the information contained in these reports, organizations can benchmark program performance in areas like recruiting, salary, retention and program structure against their peers.  2015 was the first year this survey was conducted and results were made available to participating organizations at no cost.  The survey can be purchased by non-participating organizations at this link.

We are tremendously excited by the opportunity to work with and support both the Summit and the publication of the Survey results.  Benchmark data and the opportunity to network and to learn from peer organizations have been repeat requests from our clients and we are delighted to have these resources to respond to those needs.
