Wronski Associates Wins Brandon Hall Award
RJ Wronski Associates Shares Second Brandon Hall Award with Nielsen’s GBS Emerging Leaders Program for for Best Advance in Measuring the Impact of Leadership Development.

We are excited to announce that Nielsen’s Global Business Services (GBS) Emerging Leaders Program is now a two-time recipient of a Brandon Hall Excellence award.  R.J. Wronski Associates and Nielsen shared a Gold medal award for this program in 2013 and now have received a Silver medal for Best Advance in Measuring Leadership Development in 2015.

Applications for this award were evaluated by a panel consisting of veteran, independent senior industry experts, as well as Brandon Hall Group Sr. Analysts and Executive Leadership.   Evaluation criteria included:  fitting the needs and situation of the program and business, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits. Our application detailed the measurement process that we worked with Nielsen to design and implement to calculate the ROI of the Emerging Leaders Program.

Proving ROI in a quantifiable way is a quest that often eludes both training organizations and business alike. Our approach was based on the recognition that the Emerging Leaders Program was developed to provide a source of technical and engineering talent for GBS.  At the time of the application, the program had graduated four classes of associates and metrics were identified that measured the value of these graduates to the organization.  Through this program, the organization has built a pipeline of top technical talent that would be both difficult and costly to hire directly over the long-term.

In our experience working with Nielsen, the success of this award-winning program is attributable both to the commitment of the organization’s leadership team as well as the organization’s relentless focus on continuous improvement.  The Emerging Leaders Program has become much more than a training program for new college graduates.  Rather, it is a comprehensive business process that delivers quantifiable value to both the organization and its participants and deserves the recognition it has received as an award winning program.
